Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in client calls, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups;
- Gathering client requirements and facilitating discussions with internal teams;
- Tracking and managing the estimation process to maintain deal momentum;
- Preparing agreements, invoices, and sharing project details internally for seamless execution;
- Handling and filtering inbound client requests, ensuring timely follow-ups;
- Keeping deals up to date by organizing key details (folders, priorities, amounts, contacts);
- Assigning and managing tasks for structured follow-ups, presentations, and estimations;
- Monitoring and responding to requests on various B2B platforms;
- Adding and tracking leads in CRM (MQL/SQL), ensuring no opportunity is missed;
- Keeping candidate CVs updated every six months and applying relevant profiles;
- Overseeing the status of applications and maintaining clear communication.
What we expect from you:
- Fluent English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills;
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Development Manager in a service company;
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work;
- Sociable and creative personality that fosters relationships;
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with different B2B platforms;
- Basic knowledge of Notion for organizing and managing internal documentation.
