Lead/Partner Backend Developer

‍Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications;
• Develop robust RESTful APIs for frontend consumption;
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to manage and optimize data effectively;
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices for security, testing, and code quality;
• Develop multi-platform applications for iOS/Android using Flutter;
• Build engaging, user-friendly interfaces following UI/UX guidelines;
• Create reusable, well-structured components to ensure code maintainability;
• Implement efficient state management solutions for optimal performance;
• Proactively research and adopt new technologies to enhance front-end development.

What we expect from you:

‍

• Strong experience in developing and implementing ML models, especially in predictive AI, Generative AI, and NLP;
• Experience working with location data and scheduling systems/APIs;
• Proficiency in Django and either Flutter or React;
• Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase) and best practices in app and web development;
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and testing frameworks (Playwright);
• Proven ability to lead a development team, motivate and support team members;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
• A proactive mindset—highlighting challenges early and focusing on solutions;
• Commitment to delivering quality results on time, rather than just counting hours;
• Passion for building high-quality, user-centric applications and driving success for the team.
