We are Empat – a young IT company from Ukraine. On February 24, russia invaded our land and since then has been bombing and attacking our cities from East to West, including Kyiv, where our office was located. We remain on guard of Ukraine to help our brave army and not give the invader any chance 🇺🇦
To do this, we are working on our economic-digital front. We continue to work with our clients and partners and engage in a few volunteer projects.
After February 24, we joined the fight together with everyone. We decided to do what we do best – software development and quick launch of IT projects. Therefore, we launched volunteer initiatives in partnership with various public and socially responsible organizations in Ukraine. Below are a few of these projects. We have been working on some of them for many years, and others have started since the moment of full-scale occupation.
Militarnyi – objective information about Ukraine's resistance to military aggression on the part of the russian federation. The project has been operating since 2009 and covers today's events in English and Ukrainian. Militarnyi is an authoritative source of information, working with ComeBackAlive (the most prominent organization helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine). Therefore, you can read and share the news with your friends worldwide.
WeAreUkraine is an anti-crisis communication center that aims to convey truthful information about the state of affairs in Ukraine. They post dozens of facts on the site and their social networks every day. You can tell the world the truth by sharing images and news about what is happening in our country. We are Ukraine was launched in partnership with One Philosophy Group.
HealUA is a mobile application that allows Ukrainian doctors to receive advice from their colleagues worldwide. We developed the application in partnership with the GMKA Medical Alliance, which brings together doctors from the United States and other countries ready to share their expertise and help doctors in Ukraine. HealUA brings together Ukrainian doctors in one convenient place with experts ready to give advice and consultations.
Plast is a Ukrainian scout organization that unites more than 15 thousand children and adults from different countries. Since the beginning of the military escalation, they have been involved in aid for the military from various cities on the front lines and the procurement and logistics of humanitarian support from abroad in Ukraine, totaling almost $700,000. Here you can find the details of the support that Plast provides.
While our Armed Forces are protecting us right at the front, we are working in the cities and are looking for options to support them. You can join this to help us. Several ways to do this will be listed below.
Learn and disseminate information only from official and trusted sources. And also spread this information among your friends. You can do this using Militarnyi and WeAreUkraine, the links to which are above.
Join the economic boycott of russia. Stop funding the war against Ukraine. Any economic cooperation with the russian federation means sponsoring the Putin regime and killing Ukrainians. Therefore, corporations, thousands of companies, and famous figures worldwide have stopped their work in russia and speak out against russia's actions.
Directly help Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees from all over the world. We need your support in all areas: from medical supplies and food to fuel, cars, bulletproof vests, drones, and weapons that will be useful to our military personnel. Many organizations do this. For example, you can help at the official Humanitarian Aid Center.
We believe in our armed forces. Therefore, we believe that the more we now help our Armed Forces with money, the less money will later need to be spent on humanitarian support.
Therefore, we recommend sending funds to the ComeBackAlive fund accounts. This is the largest organization that purchases equipment and technology for our military. This organization does not use funds to buy weapons. At the same time, they are engaged in purchasing body armor, thermal imagers, drones, and other things needed at the front. On their website, you will find all possible ways to transfer funds: by card, crypto, SWIFT transfer, and others.
Also, you can transfer funds to the initiative United 24 of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. According to the funds, the state manages directly and spends it on the purchase of equipment necessary for the defense of Ukrainian territories. Another way to help Ukraine – is with crypto.
You can also take part in fundraising for humanitarian needs. This is the official account of the National Bank of Ukraine. Its funds go to humanitarian support for refugees in Ukraine and abroad.
